I cleaned orange stains outside of my shower and in my grout by using my homeright steam machine elite simple dish soap and a washcloth. It will not harm ceramic porcelain saltillo terracotta or stone tile. The grout between the marble tiles is very fine and the same color as the main one in the marble has never got any mildew on it and we rarely wipe it down between showers and only give it a monthly clean.
